Eligibility for Return or Replace
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your saree to request a return or replacement.
  • The saree must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • Sarees damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or tampering are not eligible for return or replacement.
Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return or replacement shipping costs unless the return or replacement is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).

  • Shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions
  • Customized or personalized sarees are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
  • Perishable or consumable goods (if any) cannot be returned.
  • Digital or downloadable products (if offered) are non-returnable once the download or activation process has started.
